Your art stays yours
PattyMatty was designed from the ground up as an offline, on-device creative tool. This policy explains — in plain language — what that means for your privacy.
1. Information We Collect
PattyMatty collects absolutely nothing. We do not gather names, emails, device identifiers, usage analytics, canvas content, or any other personal or technical data. There is no sign-up, no login, and no hidden telemetry running in the background.
2. How We Use Information
Because no information is ever collected, none is ever used, analyzed, profiled, or monetized. There is nothing to process — your creative sessions belong entirely to you.
3. Data Storage
Every canvas stroke, generated palette, pattern grid, and style preset choice is processed and stored locally on your device only. Nothing is transmitted to a server, a cloud database, or any third party. PattyMatty has no back end to store data in even if it wanted to.
4. Third-Party Services
PattyMatty contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no crash-reporting trackers, and no embedded third-party scripts of any kind. What you draw never leaves your screen.
5. Data Security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no remote database to breach and no account credentials to protect. Your device's own operating system safeguards govern local app storage, keeping your sessions private by design.
6. Children's Privacy
PattyMatty is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly, or otherwise, collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, making the app fully aligned with COPPA principles by default.
7. Your Control
There are no accounts to manage and no cloud records to request deletion of. Uninstalling PattyMatty from your device instantly and completely removes every trace of local app data — full stop.
8. Changes to This Policy
If our practices ever evolve, we will update this policy and revise the Effective Date above. We will never introduce data collection without clearly reflecting it here first.
